Welcome to “Around the Body in 24 Days”! The purpose is to go through the body in an entertaining and educating way. There will be facts, fun stuff to know, self-help tips like stretch and massage, and also some quiz and chances to win stuff.
I will start off with our feet and how they’re constructed, after that it’s the legs turn and all of our back and front of our upper body. After that the neck and head will be handled. And lastly self-awareness and self-love and what you can do to strengthen them.
